I made this sound for a show simply by breaking a large amount of pasta various ways, then combining and altering everything in izotope rx 7. My effect isn't the greatest, but i found it difficult to find anything that worked for this application so i made my own, and here it is!feel free to use this sound for whatever you want, you don't have to cite it, just please don't claim it as your own.

Another explosion i made using wavepad sound editor. This time i used compressed, muffled, and pitched down beer hiss (i used lots of beers and amplified them) and a few small metal parts and rocks. For the first part of the sound, the "bam" it does was mixed beer hiss and a punch i performed on some meat. The rest is just rocks and small metal parts, distorted, softened plus reverb. I used a shure beta 58a microphone to record all those.

A very heavy slap to the face. Great for a backhand or even fight sound effect. Could also be used to emulate something snapping or breaking.

Simulating "bone breaks" by cracking celery into pieces. The intent is to use these sounds along with "hitting" sounds to create a more dynamic punching sound effect. Although this is cc-0, if you integrate it into a more dynamic effect, i'm curious to hear it. Very complex sound which took a lot of effort to make. Used different techniques to create the punch. The drop was created by creating a body out of pillows sand ect. Layered and used effects.
